What to Expect?

1. Estimate & Consultation

The first step in working with Pioneer is scheduling an initial free in-home estimate and consultation. This can be scheduled via the estimates form on the website, or by contacting Henry directly (info@pioneerremodelers.com, 440-289-8133).

 

Henry will come and walk-through your proposed project with you and discuss your desired project while proposing creative solutions to address any structural/constructability issues or budget concerns. 

 

2. Quote & Project Acceptance

Pioneer will prepare a thorough quotation of the proposed scope of work and provide to you for review. Henry is happy to walk through this quote in detail and address any concerns, make any desired modifications to material choices, etc. 

If you'd like to move forward with the project at this point, you'll need to sign the estimate and return it to Pioneer with a 10% down payment. At this point, Pioneer will schedule the project with you.

3. Project Mobilization

Pioneer will communicate with you from project acceptance through project mobilization regarding timeline and to confirm any material selections or final project details. Upon start of the project, you will need to provide 40% payment. Throughout the project,

 

Pioneer will communicate with you on progress updates and discuss any required decisions that may arise as construction gets underway. Upon completion of the project, Pioneer will require the final 50% payment.

Project payment terms may vary for long duration projects.
